Video: DJI Phantom Quadcopter

When you open the box of your brand new DJI Phantom Quadcopter, you realize that there are no instructions. None.

After looking over the contents of the box once more before getting really mad at DJI-Innovations and Filmtools for selling you a $679 quadcopter with no instructions, you see the tiny sticker on the cardboard insert with the even smaller text on it, telling you to go to DJI‘s website for the manual and other related information.

We like it. It is cost effective, paper saving, and let’s be honest… most of us won’t read the paper instructions anyway. Filmtools just wants to make it easy for you to get your Phantom out of the box and into the air, so we’ve broken down the steps for you.

It would be good to use the LIGHTER GoPro3 with this chopper

You can use either one! Simply remove the included mount for the GoPro Hero 2 and attach your GoPro Hero 3 with either the waterproof housing or the GoPro Frame!
